Can a DHA Member living Overseas can apply for the Regular membership Elite category? |
| DHA Members who are holding their property in Phase I and Phase II and are living abroad are eligible to take Regular Membership Elite Category
Registration Fee: 10,000/- (Non- Refundable)
Membership Fee: 150,000/-
All payments are to be made through Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favour of Jacaranda Family Club DHA-Islamabad.

What is the difference between a Member and a Resident Member? |
| Member:
A person is considered as a Member who has a Commercial/ Residential plot in DHA Phase I and Phase II.
Resident Member:
• A Member who has constructed property in Phase I and Phase II and is residing in his property is a Resident Member.
• A Member whose property is under construction and he/she gives an undertaking for residing in his/her property after completion is also considered as a Resident member.

| Yes, Regular Membership fee is to be paid once in a lifetime, but monthly charges would be applicable from the Member on the usage of the facilities on the completion of Club. |

| Yes, Resident Member can also apply for Transferable Membership, Payment schedule for Royale category is as follows:

|
Right now there are only two categories Royale and Elite.
There is no separate category for Senior Citizens who are DHA members. |

Which documents are required for Resident Members? |
|
Resident Members should have Original Allotment Letter and Completion Certificate of their property.
Those Members whose houses are in construction phase need to submit copy of inspection card and Property Allotment Letter with the undertaking for living in their house otherwise will pay Rs.50,000/- in addition. |

DHA Members holding property in Phase I and Phase II should have Original Allotment Letter of the property.

I am a DHA resident and my all Children are above 26 years, do I have to take separate memberships for all of them? |
|
Children above 26 year can avail club services if accompanied with their Member parents.
Children under 26 years of age will be issued family cards on which they can avail club services
unaccompanied, but cannot sign chits unless given in writing by Member parent with authorize ceiling.
Children above 26 years have to apply for Separate Memberships if they want to avail full
scale independent club services.
