Required Documents

• CNIC Copy of the Applicant & Spouse
• NADRA Family Certificate / B Form
• 3 x Passport size pictures of the Applicant & 2 x Passport size pictures of Each Family Member. (White Background not older than Six Months)
• Photocopy of Retirement / Release order (For Armed Forces Officers).
• Photocopy of the last Highest Certificate / Degree of the Applicant & Spouse.
• Photocopy of Parent’s JFC Membership Card & CNIC
  (For Household Membership).
• Separate Pay Orders / Bank Drafts in favour of Defence Housing Authority Islamabad for Registration & Membership Fee of related category.

Note:- Membership application form is to be collected from Club Affairs Department of Jacaranda Family Club during office hours.
