Procedure


  • Every eligible person desirous to become a Member of the Club shall fill in the request form for issuance of the membership application form.
  • Membership application form shall be issued only upon approval of the Administrator DHAI-R on payment of specified form fee (non-refundable), as may be notified from time to time.
  • Only successful applicants shall be informed to collect their membership application form, on payment of requisite fee.
  • Issuance of membership form is neither guaranteed nor considered a vested right of the applicant. Due to minimal membership slots, the Administrator DHAI-R may refuse the assignment of the membership application form without assigning any reason.
  • The membership application form is valid for 60 days thereafter applicant has to apply again for the membership application form.
  • In case the application for issuance of form has not been approved by the Administrator DHAI-R, fresh application shall not be forwarded again to the Administrator earlier than a year except where allowed by the Administrator. The Club, however, shall not be liable to keep a record of unapproved applications for more than 90 days.
  • Membership shall be granted through screening/interviews by the Club Management Committee (CMC).
    The Club Management Committee shall conduct interviews of the eligible candidates accompanied by their spouse(s). The Committee shall interview the Candidate considering the eligibility/criteria as per Club rules.
  • Acceptance of the application form along with the requisite documents and payment of the entrance fee is not a guarantee of membership. The Club Management Committee (CMC) has full rights to approve or reject the grant of membership without assigning any reason (s).
  • After finalization of membership interview proceedings, membership cards to the fresh member & his / her authorized family as per Club rules. #
